Terms of Service

1. Service

CreatorFlow provides tools for authorized social account connection, content preparation, publishing, scheduling, comments, analytics, and subscription management.

2. Your responsibilities

You must own or have permission to manage every connected account and all uploaded content. You must follow Meta, Instagram, YouTube, payment-provider, copyright, privacy, advertising, and local laws.

3. Prohibited use

No fake followers or views, automated likes, scraping, credential theft, spam, bulk unauthorized group posting, platform-circumvention, malware, or unlawful content is permitted.

4. Plans and limits

Features and limits depend on the active plan. Failed or reversed payments may suspend paid access. Limits may be enforced to protect reliability and platform compliance.

5. Availability

Third-party APIs can change, reject permissions, impose quotas, or become unavailable. We do not guarantee continuous availability of external platforms.

6. Account suspension

We may restrict access for security threats, abuse, non-payment, legal requests, or platform-policy violations.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of revenue, reach, monetization, approval, or uninterrupted publishing.
